Can I put hazardous materials out on my collection day?
Hazardous materials are NOT collected with your trash pick up. Click on the hazardous waste link on this page for information on where you can take your hazardous waste in addition to bulk items and yard waste.
Do you collect bulky waste and when?
Bulky waste is collected on your pre-scheduled bulk collection day which can be found on your city Web site.
How can I obtain recycle bins?
A complete list of cities and the numbers to call for recycle bins can be found at the recycle bins link on the left side of this page.
How many carts/cans are we allowed to put curbside?
Collection rules and regulations vary by city. Please check the links for your city located on this site for your city's collection procedures. These can be found on the For Your Home page.
Is my recycling material collected on the same day as the trash?
Yes. Your recycling material is picked up once a week on one of your designated collection days.
What are your hours of operation?
Drivers service residential areas from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Regular office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Customer service hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. We are closed on Sundays.
What do you accept for curbside recycling?
All Service Refuse has increased its recycling efforts and now takes phone books, magazines, cereal boxes and much more in addition to your bottles, cans and newspapers. Please click on the curbside recycling link on this page for a complete list of acceptable items and how they should be set out.
What is your holiday schedule and what happens if my collection day falls on a holiday?
All Service Refuse Operations department runs every day of the year except Christmas Day. If your collection day falls on Christmas, your refuse will be picked up on your next scheduled collection day.
What time does the trash have to be out at the curb?
All refuse must be placed at the curb by 6:00 am on your collection day.
